Focus, Scope, & Impact
- Being the guardian to make sure path to purchases (both online and offline) are seamlessly integrated and all content of the brand on afore-mentioned consumer and shopper journeys remain true to the essence of the brand. This role will translate imagination into awe inspiring consumer/shopper facing content
- Create consumer and shopper content for global campaigns and experiences through IMX resources and external partners, including Innovation launch projects
- Provide input into allowable localization to Global IMX Campaigns
- Provide thought leadership in alignment with Global Creative Strategy and IMX to support Operating units content development
- Objectives of the Consumer and Shopper Content Lead include short-term execution and long-term strategy focus on shopper and consumer marketing priorities and supporting global marketing campaigns
Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience Significant content development experience including leading a direct team
- Experience developing national big campaigns
- Preference for some experience developing non-conventional communication plans, with focus on digital marketing and story doing
- Experience collaborating with various high stakeholders
- FMCG experience
- marketing content creation including video.

- Creative and design processes
- End to End consumer journey and voice of the shopper
- Global marketing campaigns
- Design thinking capability
- Business / commercial acumen
- Role will require frequent communication with Global CMO, Global IMX (integrated marketing experience) Lead, other IMX direct reports, other members of Global and OU Marketing teams; as well as well as external communications with key agencies, potential global partners and sponsors, etc.
- Consumer and Shopper Content Lead must be comfortable communicating innovative approaches to marketing/campaign development and building buy-in across key internal stakeholders
