JOB DESCRIPTION

• To ensure the implementation of all types of mechanical preventive, corrective and condition based maintenance as per guidelines of OEM.

Operation and maintenance of Utility Equipment that include HVAC System, Air Compressors & Thermal System. • Timely inventory management and ordering of plant critical spares.

• Engages with management for approval of Purchase Requisition and manages the approval process to minimize delays.

• To ensure effective utilization of resources in shifts, and to manage shifts matters.

• Develop SOPs and system for smooth operation of maintenance department.

• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plan for machine to prevent unplanned downtime.

• Liaison with vendors for outsourced maintenance to ensure availability of machines.

• To record Data including Job order record, Repairing Requisition, Purchase Requisition & Job Completion Record.

• To prepare checklists (Daily & Monthly) and ensure its implementation and its adherence to minimize the chances of mistakes, from Mechanical point of view.
