AREA HEAD-RETAIL BANKING
Academic Qualification:
• Graduate degree, preferably in Sales and Marketing from HEC recognized institute Experience:
• Minimum 12-15 years of relevant banking experience
Main Responsibilities:
• Formulate, manage and coordinate strategies for the Area to maximize new business opportunities, cross-selling and deepening existing relationships;
• Develop strategies for revenue generation and cost control for profitability, growing the branch network;
• Continuously re-strategize with branch managers to retain key/priority relationships;
• Develop, implement and manage the sales process in an efficient manner;
• Lead the implementation of liability strategy for the Area;
• Manage customer service in the Area to the highest competitive standards;
• Monitor service standards for the region and check expected behaviors
• Enhancement of the bank's image by fostering a customer-friendly and vibrant environment within the branches.
Core Competencies:
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken
• Excellent sales and relationship management skills
• Good team building, conflict & time management skills
• In-depth knowledge of the banking system, policies, procedures & products
