Head of HR Digitalization & Rewards Management


About the Role:
(Karachi)
This role focuses on implementing innovative technologies to streamline HR operations, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall employee experience. The incumbent will oversee the end-to-end digitization of HR systems, including the implementation and management of HRIS, system enhancements, upgrades, and ensuring optimal performance. Management of reliable data at various platforms to produce meaningful analytics is required before ERP deployment. The incumbent will establish standardized workflows and procedures, focusing on accuracy. compliance, and continuous process improvement. The incumbent will also be responsible to prepare proactive rewards strategies, conduct regular salary surveys for benchmarking to remain market competitive. Developing and implementing a robust people analytics strategy is a key responsibility, using data insights to provide actionable recommendations on changing reward trends, employee engagement, and performance improvement.

The Requirements:

The individual must be Bachelor / Master in HRM, with a minimum of 8 - 10 years of professional experience in implementing and managing HCM applications (e.g.. SAP SF, Oracle) and integrations. A strong background in HR shared services and people analytics is essential. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, HR processes, and the design of rewards programs. SHRM / CIPD qualified professionals will be given preference.
