𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Drive sales performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Oversee staff training, development, and grooming.
Manage inventory effectively.
Lead by example in sales and visual merchandising (VM).

𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience with well-known fashion brands.
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Creative, sales-driven, and customer-oriented.
