Proficient in engine overhauling & Fault rectification related to engine of CAT & Komatsu Fleet.

Proficient in Troubleshooting & fault rectification of Hydraulic System i.e. Hydraulic Cylinder, Control Valves, Transmission & Torque convertor overhauling related to CAT & Komatsu Fleet. Proficient in Troubleshooting & rectification of electrical faults i.e.; active codes of sensors, switches, ECM & PLC and have knowledge of CAT ET Software for engine Solenoid cutout test, Transmission clutches pressure calibration for CAT and Komatsu Fleet.

"Troubleshooting low pressure, slow feed, and impact issues, Testing main pumps, feed circuits, rotation circuits, and percussion circuits, Reading hydraulic schematics and drill rig manuals, Pressure and flow testing of high-pressure system.
