PUNJAB MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT - FUND COMPANY - Positions Available

Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC) is currently implementing a landmark project titled "Identification/Establishment of 02 Nos Landfill Sites in Punjab.” The project is sponsored by the Local Government & Community Development Department, Government of the Punjab. The project's primary objective is to establish sustainable waste disposal systems through the construction and operational management of sanitary landfills in Gujranwala and Faisalabad, including Material Recovery Facilities (MRF), leachate collection/treatment systems, landfill gas management, and composting plants. This project aligns with the sector objectives of environmental protection, public health improvement, and climate change mitigation. PMDFC is seeking the services of qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals against the contractual positions for this Project:

Minimum Qualification:

Required Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or related discipline) from an HEC-recognized institution.

General Experience:

Minimum 20 years of professional experience in engineering, infrastructure, or municipal services projects.

Specific Experience (Minimum 15 Years):

Demonstrated expertise in:

• Solid Waste Management Systems (including MRFs and landfill design & operations).

Leachate treatment and landfill gas management.

• Waste-to-energy and resource recovery solutions.

• Energy efficiency and renewable energy applications.

• Carbon credits, climate change mitigation, and environmental sustainability frameworks.

• Feasibility studies, project planning, and infrastructure development.

Public sector project management and stakeholder coordination.

Preparation of technical reports, PC-Is, and donor-funded project documentation.

• Innovative technologies in water supply, sewerage and wastewater treatment.

• Public sector project management and stakeholder coordination.

Preparation of technical reports, PC-Is, and donor-funded project documentation.
