Job Description:
Support in developing and implementing Strategic Communication and Reputation Building Plans that support the overall business priorities in Pakistan. Drive ambassadorship program/internal influencers to tell the PepsiCo story and drive employee engagement campaigns and The PepsiCo Way narrative. .Identify and develop new and innovative communication systems and processes that support the progressive engagement of a wide range of stakeholders and internal audiences (implement new my PepsiCo, Content Hub and Yammer across the sector). Ideate, develop and manage content for PepsiCo Pakistan Internal platforms – E-mail, Content Hub, MyPepsiCo, Yammer, townhalls etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- • Manage a wide range of other corporate communications issues as needed by quickly developing strategies, getting relevant stakeholders aligned on a path forward, and then executing
- • Drive the corporate reputation agenda of the company and deliver it through developing and implementing internal and external communications plan
- • Partner with the global digital team on content storytelling, seeding stories to the content team
- • Together with global Internal Comms team establish a regular process for health check for Internal communication channels through data mining and analytics and ongoing quarterly scorecards.
- • Maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders.
- • Work closely with BU comms leads on developing and executing internal Comms strategy, narratives for identified campaigns
- • Create a deeper employee connect to the PepsiCo Way leveraging existing internal comms channels and platforms.
- • Proactively support Sr. Corp Comms Manager to build and maintain relationships with media and influencers to ensure crisis mitigation and leveraging reputation
- • Balance inhouse, global and third-party organizations input to develop best visual internal storytelling approach for marquee stories related to Associates, Initiatives etc.
- • Partner with Sr. Manager Corporate Comms & Sustainability on sustainability communication & initiatives such as press releases, digital media content
- • Deliver strategic internal communications support to Pak BU through consistent communication, focused on key brand, corporate & EVP campaigns
- • Assist Sr. Manager Corporate Communication and Sustainability on sustainability communication and Support Pak BU water, plastic and Agri plans with effective internal communications to tell the PepsiCo sustainability story.
- • Work with HR to dial up the employee engagement on sustainability.
- • Create a deeper employee connect to the PepsiCo Way leveraging existing internal comms channels and platforms.
Job Requirements:
- • Strong hold on corporate event management
- • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- • Strong relationship building skills with media and influencers
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential, including writing experience across varied media and communications channels (speeches, news releases, internal business leaders’ communications etc.)
- • Ability to quickly understand and address complex issues; to work collaboratively with others across business units, functional departments, geographies, and disciplines
- • To work on multiple tasks: to work with a very high degree of independence
- • Managing social media assets and pages
- • Proficiency of all principles, execution, and advanced technical expertise in the field of communications
Qualification & Experience:
- • Master’s degree in Journalism, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field of study, preferred
- • Experience of either delivering or developing communications for CSR initiatives
- • 5-6 years of progressive experience with proven track record in broad-based Corporate Affairs or Communications function/ communications role
- • Fluency in Urdu and English
- • Demonstrated experience working with senior leaders in FMCG multi-brand environment
