Position Title: Director HR
Location: Karachi
Reports to: CEO
Working Hours: 9 Hours (US central time). The team operates between 3PM to 4AM Pakistan time.
Company size: 430+ employees in Pakistan. Expected to increase by 50% in 2023
The Human Resources Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy.
Specifications:
- At least 8 to 10 years of human resources management experience required
- Held previous position of seniority, able to establish credibility and build department accountability
- Masters or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration/Human Resources Management. HR specific certification(s) would be preferred
