Senior Officer - Call Center Medical Services & Health Claims Department

This position will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by actively and pleasantly answering queries through the call center, hotline, and landlines. This role involves making outbound calls when necessary, evaluating problems, and providing accurate and timely solutions.
Additionally, the incumbent will handle CRM Hotline after office hours on a rotational basis, ensuring continuous support. Obtaining customer feedback is a key part of the role of improving service quality. The candidate will also maintain logs, records, and data as per standard operating procedures (SOP).
A successful candidate will have previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
Qualification: BBA/ MBA or any business relevant field
