Qualification:

B.S (Textile Designing) / MSc (Textile Designing)

Required Experience:

5-6 years of Textile experience in Research & Development of Terry Designs.

Job Summary:

Drive creativity and align designs with customer needs by managing projects and collaborating with teams. Ensure trend-focused, timely execution of tasks with seamless communication across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Expertise: Demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills.

• Technical Proficiency: Thorough understanding of technicalities. expertise in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CAD) and MS Office.

• Research and Trend Development: Conduct market research for inspiration and collaborate on seasonal trend development. Able to do a compshop analysis, and contribute innovative design ideas.

• Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience in leading and managing a team of designers effectively.

• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external teams to align on projects.

• Task and Query Management: Prioritize, manage, and take up things well in time, ensuring adherence to defined timelines.
