Position: O-Levels/IGCSE Coordinator
Location: GT Road Rawalpindi

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the O-Levels/IGCSE programme by managing academic and administrative operations.
* Develop and implement strategies to achieve high academic standards.
* Effectively manage faculty and staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
* Use computational tools to analyse performance data and generate actionable insights.
* Foster effective communication between parents, students, and teachers.
* Handle admissions processes, including student retention strategies, to maintain and grow enrolment.
* Organise and oversee events, workshops, and extracurricular activities to enhance the student experience.
* Ensure compliance with international education standards and institutional policies.
* Monitor student progress and provide individualised academic and career support.

Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in O-Levels/IGCSE programmes.
* Proficiency in advanced computational tools and data analysis software.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
* Capability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
* A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for education.
