We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager HR for Our Client.
Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork, orientation sessions, and introductions are conducted effectively.
- Coordinate and conduct thorough background checks for new hires and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Develop and oversee the summer internship and trainee programs, including recruitment, selection, training, and performance evaluation.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the organizational structure (organogram) to ensure clarity in reporting lines and responsibilities.
- Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, regular feedback sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Manage the probation evaluation process for new employees, providing feedback to managers and supporting decisions regarding confirmation or extension
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field.
5-6 years of HR experience, focusing on recruitment and generalist roles.
Strong grasp of HR best practices and employment laws.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office; HR certification is a plus.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
What We Offer:
