Al Habib Asset Management Limited is a leading seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Officer to join our team.

HR EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide support in day-to-day HR functions, including

Recruitment, onboarding, and employee relation processes

Attendance and leave management

â– Maintenance of employee records and databases

â–  Administration of employee benefits and policies

Coordination of employee training and development programs

â–  Preparation of HR reports and metrics

REQUIREMENTS:

â– Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. â– Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.

Location: Karachi -Head Office.

Compensation: Market competitive compensation package will be offered.
