Al Habib Asset Management Limited is a leading seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Officer to join our team.

HR EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide support in day-to-day HR functions, including

Recruitment, onboarding, and employee relation processes

Attendance and leave management

■Maintenance of employee records and databases

■ Administration of employee benefits and policies

Coordination of employee training and development programs

■ Preparation of HR reports and metrics

REQUIREMENTS:

■Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ■Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.

Location: Karachi -Head Office.

Compensation: Market competitive compensation package will be offered.
