Qualification & Experience

MBA / MPA with diploma / certification in Employment Laws and Industrial Relations. Minimum of ten (10) years of post qualification experience with at least five (05) years in managerial role.

Conversant with HR Labour Laws, court proceedings & legal compliance and other statutory requirements.

Candidates having experience of steel manufacturing industry and dealing with Labour Unions, Directorate of Labour, EOBI, Social Security and other related departments shall be given preference.

MBA HR or equivalent qualification and 3-5 years post qualification experience in Leaming & Development, Employee Engagement & Organizational Development.
