DEPUTY CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
To assist the Chief Financial Officer in managing financial accounting, reporting, budget controlling, fund disbursement, reconciliation, and development of internal controls within KW&SC while ensuring compliance with applicable government rules, accounting standards, and financial discipline.
Qualification & Experience: ACA/ACMA/ACCA/MBA Finance / M. Com or an equivalent Finance or Accounting qualification from HEC-recognized institution. Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant roles including 3 years in senior financial management, accounting, finance, budgeting, or audit management positions preferably in public sector entity or a utility company.

DEPUTY CHIEF INTERNAL AUDITOR
The Deputy Chief Internal Auditor (DCIA) will report to the Chief Internal Auditor and is responsible for assisting in leading the Internal Audit Department of KWSC. The Deputy CIA shall evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, governance processes, and risk management systems across all functions of the Corporation. The position ensures compliance with applicable laws, Sindh Government rules, Public Sector Corporate Governance Guidelines, and International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (IIA Standards). Qualification & Experience: CA, ACCA or ICMA. Must be a member of a professional accounting body. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience preferably in a public sector entity or a utility company. DEPUTY DIRECTOR (ACCOUNTS)
The Deputy Director (Accounts) will report to the Deputy CFO and will oversee the comprehensive accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reconciliation operations. This role guarantees precise and timely financial reporting, meticulous maintenance of accounting records, adherence to relevant regulations, and enhancement of internal controls. The position supervises the Accounts Officers, ensures the timely closure of financial statements, facilitates audits, supervises preparation of budgets, and assists the DCFO in strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Qualification & Experience: MBA (Finance), CA/CMA (part qualified), ACCA, ICMA, M. Com. At least 3 years in public sector entity or in a large organization.

DEPUTY DIRECTOR (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY)
The Deputy Director (IT) supports Director IT/Chief Information Technology Officer in planning, implementing, and managing all Information Technology infrastructure and solution designs related to existing and upcoming initiatives of KW&SC. The role ensures reliable IT operations, drives digital transformation, strengthens cybersecurity, and ensures compliance with government and regulatory technology and data standards. Qualification & Experience: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in IT governance, strategy implementation, and digital transformation preferably in a utility organization. Certifications like CCNA CCNP, MCSE, ITIL, PMP ISO27001, SAP would be preferred.

SENIOR SAP FI SPECIALIST
To lead and manage functional side of SAP FI implementation extension at KW&SC as per government accounting standards. Act as lead trainer and ensure mapping of current processes onto SAP FI keeping change management, data integrity/accuracy and compliance at all times. Ensure relevant standard operating procedures are established and followed. Timely and accurate management reporting through dashboards and reports.
Qualification & Experience: Masters' degree in Finance or Accounting. Professional certifications such as SAP FI Certification (Financial Accounting) or Additional SAP modules (CO, MM, PS, HCM, SAC) would be an advantage. Minimum 7 years relevant experience with hands-on SAP FI implementation/support. Experience in public sector financial systems and government accounting standards is highly desirable. SAP FI SPECIALIST (2 Positions)
To Assist Senior SAP FI Specialist on functional side of SAP FI implementation extension at KW&SC as per government accounting standards. Act as a trainer and ensure mapping of current processes onto SAP FI keeping change management, data integrity/accuracy and compliance at all times. Ensure relevant standard operating procedures are established and followed. Timely and accurate management reporting through dashboards and reports.
Qualification & Experience: Bachelors' degree in Finance or Accounting. Professional certifications such as SAP FI (Financial Accounting) or Additional SAP modules (CO, MM, PS, HCM, SAC) would be an advantage. Minimum 5 years relevant experience with hands-on SAP FI implementation/support. Experience in public sector financial systems and government accounting standards is highly desirable. JUNIOR SAP FI SPECIALIST (2 Positions)
To assist in managing operational side of SAP FI implementation extension at KW&SC as per government accounting standards. Act as a key specialist to ensure that the required activities are carried out as per policies and standard operating procedures. Ensure the relevant reports are carried out timely and reconciliation exercises are in line with standard operating procedures.
Qualification & Experience: Bachelors' degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or IT. Minimum 2 years of SAP FI exposure (through internships, projects, or junior-level roles). Fresh graduates with SAP training may also be considered. Professional certification/training particularly in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) is preferred.

Act as a key hand-holding specialist to ensure the required activities are carried out as per policies and standard operating procedures. Ensure the relevant reports are carried our timely and reconciliation exercises are in line with standard operating procedures.
Qualification & Experience: Bachelors' degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or IT. Minimum 2 years of SAP HR/HCM exposure (through internships, projects, or junior-level roles). Fresh graduates with SAP training may also be considered. Professional certification/training particularly in SAP HR/HCM and/or (Financial Accounting) is preferred.

All the positions are contract-based, initially for a period of 3 years, extendable on mutually agreed terms and conditions.
